- Beef & Cheese Empanadas with Garlic Cream
- Pan Con Tomato (Spanish Tomato Bruschetta) with Fried Capers & Olive Oil
- Grilled Pickled Peppers & Anchovy
- Polenta with Smoked Mackerel Salad
The tapas will be served along a Beer, Wine, and Cider sampler.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
