Spend the afternoon enjoying a cozy baking demo featuring some of our favourite tea time treats. Cardamom buns, individual carrot cakes with cream cheese frosting, lemon loaf, and chocolate chip shortbread. Learn new baking techniques, and leave inspired to recreate these comforting bakes at home, with practical tips you can use in your own kitchen.
Classes run approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
Cassandra Crocco is a Red Seal Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As co-founder of Duft & Co, she has spent the past 12 years honing her craft, and building meaningful connections within the local food community. Cassandra is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for baking with others in an approachable way that will get you excited to be in the kitchen!

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
