This coffee is a community lot of 36 different producers and their families- with each producer processing their own coffee in a micromill. This makes it a blend of different micro-regions, varieties, and processing protocols. Because each producer is strictly committed to quality and reputably, the result is a coffee loaded with complexity, but still consistent for espresso extraction.
