In this class, you will learn the different icing consistencies, how to outline and flood cookies, wet-on-wet technique, and how to add details.
You will also learn which tools are essential to making professional looking cookies!
All supplies are included. Students will take home a practice sheet, sugar cookie and royal icing recipes, a decorating scribe tool, and a bakery box to take home your creations.
No experience necessary!

Two glasses of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
Your instructor Janet Taylor started decorating sugar cookies seven years ago as a hobby, and it very shortly turned into a business. She got her certification for adult education by obtaining the Provincial Instructor’s Diploma when she was teaching makeup artistry and has taken her instructing experience to now teach the art of cookie decorating.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
