    In this class you’ll learn how to make delicious choux pastry with crispy craquelin topping along with whipped chantilly cream, tangy lemon curd and fluffy swiss meringue. By the end of the class, you’ll see how to assemble these components into beautiful, mouth-watering Cream Puffs and Lemon Meringue Cream Puffs.

    Two servings of a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
     
    Class begins at 10:00am, and will run approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

    Cassandra Crocco is a Red Seal Pastry Chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She currently owns and operates the award winning Duft & Co Bakehouse in Downtown Abbotsford with her husband Tyler. Cassandra is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love for baking with others in an approachable way that will get you excited to be in the kitchen!

    Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
