Tonic in its purest form. Bitter, balanced, zesty, and full of attitude, this citrus-forward tonic is crafted with fresh lemon and lime juice, whole lemongrass, a pinch of sugar, and last but not least, cinchona bark for that familiar quinine finish. Just add soda and your gin or vodka of choice for a traditional tonic cocktail that will never disappoint.

Ingredients: water, cane sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, lemongrass, lemon zest, lime zest, cinchona bark, citric acid

Tip! Our Tonic No.3 may have an attitude, but that doesn’t mean it has no friends. Pair it with our Grapefruit Cordial, Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial, or Sour Mix for cocktails that truly pack a punch!

• All mixes are sold in 8oz. (250ml) bottles
• A typical drink will use between ½ oz and 1 oz of our mixes
• Each bottle will make 8-16 drinks
• Only 5g of sugar per serving
